Yes. We deliver to every area in Kuwait (100+ areas), and shipping is available inside Kuwait only. Delivery fees start at 1 KWD and go up to 8 KWD depending on your area, with most areas at 3 KWD — the exact fee is shown once you pick your address at checkout.
In-stock orders are delivered within one working day after the order is confirmed. You also get a WhatsApp and email notification on every order status change.
Yes — showroom pickup is free. Choose “Store” as the delivery method at checkout. Our address: Hawally, Ibn Khaldoun St, Qairawan Complex, Mezzanine, Showroom 21.
We accept KNET, Visa / Mastercard, Apple Pay (debit and credit), plus Taly and Deema for instalments. All payments go through secure payment gateways.
Yes. You can split your order into 4 payments with Taly or Deema, selectable directly among the payment methods at checkout.
All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and are the final product price — no VAT is added. Only the delivery fee for your area is added on top, if you choose delivery.
You can return unused products within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are in original condition with all original labels and tags, and you contact us before sending the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details on our Return & Shipping policy.
A full refund is issued for returned products that meet the return conditions, using the same payment method you originally paid with. Refunds exclude the original shipping charge and the cost of return shipping.
Yes — all our products are genuine and backed by an authorized agent warranty on eligible products. We also provide after-sales service, professional maintenance and specialised technical support.

You can browse and add products to your cart without signing up, but completing an order requires signing in — so your delivery address is saved and the order is tied to your account for tracking and future reference.
Yes. On any out-of-stock product page press the notify button and we will alert you as soon as it is back. You can also see everything that recently returned in the Back in stock section on the homepage.
